Arranged 2022 for Concert Band
This arrangement of the Ukranian National Anthem was premiered on April 3, 2022 by the combined Alumni and Concert Bands at Doane University.
I arranged this at the request of my dear friend and mentor, Dr. Jay W. Gilbert to be played at his retirement concert. We were two weeks into the Russian invasion of Ukraine at the time and he felt otherwise helpless to do anything. But the power of music is immortal and limitless, and through music incredible things can happen.
