"Fanfare and Proclamation" was written in the fall of 2007 and first performed by the Symphonic Wind Ensemble of Doane College on October 7, 2007. it is scored for wind band and dedicated to the norris high school marching titans, firth, NE. it has an optional ending after the fanfare.
